We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Product Information Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize all product data using Excel. This role plays a key part in ensuring that every product specification, feature, and piece of content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards—ultimately elevating the overall quality and presentation of our product information.Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product data, specifications, and features with accuracy and consistency. Ensure all product information aligns with internal guidelines and measurement standards. Organize, analyze, and refine large volumes of data using advanced Excel functions. Collaborate with internal teams to verify details and resolve discrepancies. Support the optimization and presentation of product content across various formats Proven experience in product data management or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with data management best practices, measurement standards, and product specifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Copywriting or creative writing skills are a plus. Knowledge of preparing and organizing Excel files for data merge in Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
