Software Engineer

<ul><li>Proven experience in software development, specifically with C#</li><li>Proficiency in .NET (currently on .NET 8)</li><li>Experience with Web APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework</li><li>Familiarity with UI frameworks such as WPF, MAUI, or WinForms</li><li>Desirable experience with Azure Cloud Services and modern JavaScript frameworks</li><li>Previous experience in an R&D environment is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external customers</li></ul>

<p>We are an R&D-focused tech organization based in Edinburgh, currently experiencing growth and looking for an experienced Software Developer (C#) to join our hybrid team. We offer a flexible working environment with a great deal of autonomy. Our company focuses on high-precision lab technology, making it accessible and practical for real-world industrial use. Traditionally, this technology has been costly and complex, limited to controlled lab settings. However, we have developed compact, durable devices that perform rapid data analysis in the field. With contracts signed with major industry players, we anticipate significant growth. Our current development function is relatively small, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious and eager to contribute. Our offices are located in central Edinburgh, and while we support hybrid working, we encourage our developers to come in a couple of times a week.
