<li>Coordinating office operations (supplies, equipment, external vendors, workspace organization).</li>
<li>Supporting employees with day-to-day requests and contributing to a positive office experience.</li>
<li>Assisting in organizing team events, office activities, and internal initiatives.</li>
<li>Supporting basic people/HR processes (e.g. documentation, data updates, onboarding support).</li>
<li>Helping to maintain a structured and organized environment, both physically and digitally.</li>

<li>You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.</li>
<li>You enjoy working with people and supporting others - you are naturally helpful and approachable.</li>
<li>You are confident communicating in English, German is a huge plus.</li>
<li>You have a service-oriented mindset (experience in hospitality, retail, admin, or similar is a big plus).</li>
<li>You are organized, hands-on, and like to get things done.</li>
<li>You are proactive and notice when something needs attention before being asked.</li>
<li>You feel comfortable juggling different small tasks and keeping things running smoothly.</li>
<li>You are confident using MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
