Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
<p>As a <em>Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)</em>, you will play a key role in connecting product development, brand strategy, and commercial success. You will shape how KoRo products are positioned in the market, develop compelling product narratives, and support both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and retail growth.</p>
<p>In this role, you will develop go-to-market strategies, define product positioning and messaging, and ensure our communication resonates with clearly defined customer segments across all channels and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li><strong>Product Positioning, USPs & Packaging Insights</strong>
<ul>
<li>Translate product attributes and consumer insights into <strong>clear customer benefits and compelling storytelling.</strong></li>
<li>Define <strong>key selling points (USPs) and product narratives</strong> that differentiate KoRo products in the market.</li>
<li>Develop <strong>product messaging frameworks and key insights</strong> that guide marketing communication.</li>
<li>Provide input for <strong>key product information and claims on packaging</strong>, ensuring that the most relevant benefits and differentiators are clearly communicated to customers both on online and on retail shelves.</li>

</li>
<li><strong>D2C Product Launches</strong>
<ul>
<li>Define key product messages and launch angles that drive <strong>customer engagement and conversion.</strong></li>
<li>Inform the <strong>marketing preparation for product launches on KoRo’s D2C channels</strong>, including the website and owned marketing channels. Collaborate with advertising, content, SEO, and social teams to ensure <strong>consistent product storytelling across all D2C touchpoints.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Retail Product Pitch Development</strong>
<ul>
<li>Create <strong>compelling product pitch materials</strong> to support KoRo’s retail expansion.</li>
<li>Develop clear <strong>product selling stories, category insights, and key product benefits</strong> tailored for retail buyers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to ensure pitches effectively communicate <strong>KoRo’s product value and brand differentiation.</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with <strong>Product Development, Category Management, Marketing and Commercial teams</strong> to align on product communication and priorities.</li>
<li>Act as the <strong>bridge between these teams</strong>, ensuring product insights translate into effective market messaging.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Your profile</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>3-6 years of experience</strong> in Product, Brand, or Category Marketing with a strong execution track record</li>
<li>Industry experience in FMCG, Food, D2C, or Retail environments preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in <strong>driving product launches end-to-end</strong></li>
<li>Proven ability to develop high-impact retail and buyer-facing materials</li>
<li><strong>Exceptional storytelling</strong> and product positioning capabilities</li>
<li>Expertise in crafting <strong>persuasive product narratives and presentations</strong></li>
<li>Strong ability to translate product features and consumer insights into differentiated customer value</li>
<li>Highly <strong>effective stakeholder management</strong> and cross-functional collaboration skills</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English</strong></li>
<li>Based in <strong>Berlin</strong> or willing to relocate</li>
