Product Owner (FlixTech) - Pricing Services (m/f/d)

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Pricing Services team works closely with the Marketplace, Search, Ancillaries and Booking Funnel teams to maximise revenue and offer customers affordable ticket prices. Each time a traveller searches for, books or cancels a trip with FlixBus, a pricing request is sent to our systems, which calculate the correct price based on numerous business inputs and manage capacity in real time.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in continuously evolving our pricing services for new market launches and complex new features. Our team is part of the Demand Division, Demand Management Stream, and you will also become a member of our Product Owner community. &nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We're looking for a motivated and driven <strong>Product Owner - <span class="TextRun SCXW26425171 BCX8" lang="EN-GB" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW26425171 BCX8">Pricing Services </span></span>(m/f/d) </strong>in Berlin who will help us shape our team and have the most direct influence on our success. As part of a cross-functional development team, you will work in the complex and challenging domain of Dynamic Pricing and Revenue Management. You will be responsible for building scalable pricing services used by multiple downstream systems.</span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 3 years of proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager working in a highly collaborative environment&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in working on Platform/API products and services&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Very good stakeholder management and negotiation skills&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Technical understanding of message streaming (e.g. Kafka), Kubernetes, HTTP APIs and AWS&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems architecture is an asset&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience and willingness to work with a high degree of both individual and team autonomy&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, interpersonal and lateral leadership skills&nbsp;</span></li>
