Master Data Junior (Freelancer) - Hungary (Talent Pool)

<p>For upcoming projects, we are currently looking for <strong>Junior Master Data Specialists</strong> (Freelancers) based in Hungary to support data-related activities such as data cleansing, structuring, and preparation for system implementations.</p>

<li>Location: <strong>Hungary</strong></li>
<li>Language: <strong>Fluent English required</strong></li>
<li>Experience level: <strong>Junior to Mid-level (hands-on focus, not consulting-heavy roles)</strong></li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>First experience in <strong>master data, data maintenance, or data-related back-office roles</strong></li>
<li>Strong skills in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (data structuring, formulas, validation; basic pivot tables as a plus)</li>
<li>High attention to detail and structured, reliable working style</li>
<li>Ability to work with <strong>large datasets</strong> and ensure data accuracy and consistency</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>ERP or HR systems</strong> is a plus (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)</li>
<li>Comfortable working on <strong>repetitive, detail-oriented tasks</strong> with high quality standards</li>
<li>Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution rather than conceptual consulting</li>
