Software Developer
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience working with and developing the Proclaim Case Management System.</li><li>A degree-level education is advantageous, but not essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal workflows and their application within case management platforms.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>A proactive, creative, and analytical approach to solving problems.</li><li>Familiarity with databases is desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the design and development of the Proclaim Case Management System.</li><li>Create and refine document templates and workflow processes.</li><li>Develop and support innovative business solutions to enhance operations.</li><li>Produce insightful Management Information (MI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Continuously monitor industry trends to inform system improvements and best practices.</li></ul>
