IT Asset and Configuration Manager

<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management processes.</li><li>Familiarity with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its functionalities.</li><li>Experience using ServiceNow for reporting and asset/configuration management.</li><li>Excellent people and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Implement and optimize Service Asset and Configuration Management processes within a large public sector managed service account.</li><li>Support the entire IT asset lifecycle.</li><li>Define processes and strategies related to IT asset and configuration management.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of processes and participate in the establishment and development of the centralized CMDB, including CI baseline, relationship mapping, and management of CI types and attributes.</li></ul>
