Salesforce Developer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within public sector or enterprise-scale environments.</li><li>Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.</li><li>Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft - desirable).</li><li>Understanding of Salesforce security and data models.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps processes, version control, and CI/CD in a Salesforce environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.</li><li>Exposure to agile delivery methods.</li><li>Experience with other development languages or frameworks such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or .NET - or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as required.</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required) and Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (desirable).</li><li>Other Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Integration Architect) are desirable.</li><li>A degree or equivalent qualification related to your area of expertise is desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement well-tested, scalable solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with architects and senior developers to support solution design and integration activities.</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development best practices across the Salesforce codebase.</li><li>Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.</li><li>Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies, providing regular updates and input on task estimates and challenges.</li><li>Support testing and deployment activities across various environments.</li></ul>
