<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in software development with expertise in C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL.</li><li>Strong background in API development, cloud adoption frameworks, and modern architectures.</li><li>Extensive experience in senior development roles, with at least 3 years in leadership.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing, and code review best practices.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams.</li><li>Must be a UK citizen, have Settled Status, or ILR due to SC Clearance requirements.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern, web-based applications.</li><li>Drive improvements across codebases, development practices, and deployment processes.</li><li>Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.</li><li>Build and manage APIs, cloud platforms, and scalable system architectures.</li><li>Work within Agile and DevOps methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.</li></ul>
