IT Support Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £24,000 - 27,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st and 2nd Line support experience, who has also worked in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical assistance on-site in Aldgate for 5 days a week.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As an IT Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:</li><li>Providing first-line support to office users for issues related to password resets, access requests, and login permissions.</li><li>Assisting with queries related to the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).</li><li>Managing and assigning administrative access rights according to company policies.</li><li>Escalating complex technical issues to our outsourced IT team when necessary.</li><li>Serving as the intermediary between factory users and the outsourced IT team.</li><li>Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with external IT providers.</li><li>Diagnosing and fixing issues related to our IT services, including CISCO and VPN.</li><li>Liaising with external teams to resolve escalated network issues promptly.</li></ul>
