Lead Software Developer

<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University.</li><li>Experience leading software development teams.</li><li>Proficiency in either C# or React.</li><li>Strong experience with SQL.</li><li>Familiarity with source control, ideally Git.</li><li>Agile methodology experience.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Oversee the software engineering output of the team.</li><li>Take on a leadership role while remaining hands-on, including coding and designing architecture.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions, including AI and propensity modeling.</li></ul>
