<p>The Customer Success team at Mirakl helps clients successfully launch, optimize, and grow their marketplace by guiding them through implementation, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement.</p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Business Analyst (Working student)</strong> to support our Customer Success Team starting as soon as possible in Munich.</p>
<p><strong>Your Mission:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform insightful <strong>business analyses </strong>and propose actionable strategies to enhance client results.</li>
<li><strong>Develop presentations </strong>and materials (in English and German), for workshops that captivate and inform our clients.</li>
<li>Dive deep into <strong>market research,</strong> uncovering trends and opportunities within the <strong>e-commerce landscape</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate on <strong>high-impact internal projects</strong>, working with cross-functional and international teams to drive success.</li>
<li><strong>Provide support to the leaders and managers </strong>of our Customer Success Team, assisting with daily activities that ensure Mirakl remains a leader in the industry.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile : </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field.</li>
<li>You are deeply interested or you have a first experience in <strong>the e-commerce industry.</strong></li>
<li>You are comfortable working in a highly motivated, diverse, international team environment.</li>
<li>You are fluent in <strong>both English and German</strong>, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations.</li>
<li>You are a creative problem-solver, able to work well independently and collaboratively, and know how to handle challenging business situations</li>
<li>You are detail-oriented and have very strong analytical skills</li>
