<p>acemate is building an AI learning &#x26; teaching platform for higher and further education institutions. We have strong traction, secured funding and are entering an exciting growth phase. We're looking for a passionate <strong>Founder's Associate / Growth Manager</strong> to drive our product forward and help us scale.</p>

<p>Founded in 2024, acemate has quickly become the leading AI learning platform for higher and further education, trusted by top-tier institutions across four countries, including <strong>University of Cologne</strong>, <strong>WHU</strong> and the <strong>German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHKs)</strong>.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>As <strong>Founder’s Associate</strong>, you’ll work directly with Antong (CEO) and Paul (CPO) on high-impact topics across strategy, sales, marketing, product, operations and growth. Your scope will evolve quickly, and you’ll own strategic and operational initiatives from day one.</p>
<p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drive strategic initiatives:</strong> from market expansion and pricing to new partnerships and product launches</li>
<li><strong>Close deals end-to-end:</strong> identify leads, run sales calls and convert interest into paying customers</li>
<li><strong>Boost our B2C presence:</strong> from social media (organic, paid, influencer) to SEO/SEA, referral loops, ambassador programs and other initiatives</li>
<li><strong>Turn data into action:</strong> analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth levers and test monetization ideas</li>
<li><strong>Build our brand:</strong> contribute to our content, events, community and thought leadership</li>
<li><strong>Take charge of internal ops:</strong> improve workflows, processes and help us scale internal systems across finance, investor relations and tooling</li>

<li><strong>Relevant experience:</strong> You’ve worked in startups, consulting, VC, investment banking or other fast-paced, high-performance environments</li>
<li><strong>Strategic &#x26; hands-on:</strong> You can zoom out and think big, but you’re just as ready to roll up your sleeves and execute</li>
<li><strong>Analytical mindset:</strong> You’re comfortable with numbers, structured thinking, and turning data into decisions</li>
<li><strong>Excellent communicator:</strong> You’re fluent in <strong>both German &#x26; English</strong>, and comfortable leading conversations with users, customers and decision-makers</li>
<li><strong>Commitment to excellence:</strong> You’re driven to go above and beyond when it matters</li>
<li><strong>AI-native:</strong> You integrate AI in almost every workflow without outsourcing your thinking</li>
