<p><strong>Investment Controller Private Equity Reports</strong></p>
<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<p>Controlling of various reports of the private equity fund investments / Ensuring that the reports are correct in terms of content and form and that they are delivered on time / Controlling of loans, credit facilities, borrowings and financing / Controlling of distributions, compensation payments, payment processing and cash management / Review of the quarterly calculation of the net asset value (NAV) according to IFRS and the account statements / Controlling of the preparation of semi-annual and annual financial statements according to IFRS / Maintenance of the relationship with the transaction team and operational support in the opening of bank accounts and their purposes / Controlling of the tax obligations of the private equity funds in cooperation with the tax compliance team / updating of manuals / Controlling the quality of services regarding due diligence and fund contracts / Setting up special purpose vehicles together with the legal department and coordinating the preparation of legal documentation / Organizing annual audits with the audit department / Regular reporting to senior management.</p>
<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<p>Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Audit or Tax / Certification CPA or ACCA, etc. / Experience with direct private equity investments as an auditor of funds in BigFour companies or at FundTech companies specializing in private equity / IFRS knowledge and experience in dealing with accounting, balance sheets, taxes and regulatory reporting / Analytical personality with enthusiasm and willingness to learn / Sense for detail / Organized, goal- and solution-oriented working style / Able to deal with performance and time pressure / Ability to discuss complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the discussion partner, skilled in communication / IT-savvy and skilled in using MS Office, Excel and PP / German (C2) and English.</p>
