<ul><li>In this role, you will design, develop, and improve software utilizing various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Your accountabilities will include:</li><li>Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools.</li><li>Ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.</li><li>Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.</li><li>Participating in code reviews and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Staying informed of industry technology trends and contributing to the organization’s technology communities.</li><li>Adhering to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions.</li><li>Implementing effective unit testing practices for code design, readability, and reliability.</li><li>For those in a leadership role, we expect you to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and lead a team performing complex tasks.
