Lead Software Developer

<p><b>Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University. You should have experience in leading software development teams and possess strong hands-on coding knowledge, particularly in either C# or React. Additionally, a solid background in SQL is essential. Familiarity with source control, ideally Git, and experience in Agile methodologies are also required.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As the Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for the software engineering output of your team. This is a leadership role, but we expect you to be hands-on, writing code as needed and designing software architecture. You will guide the team in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, including AI and propensity modeling.</li></ul>
