Dynamics Developer
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, code, configure, test, and document large, complex, or mission-critical applications in a cloud-first environment using Dynamics and Power Platform in MS Azure.</li><li>Configure and customize both model-driven and canvas apps.</li><li>Develop Power Automate Flows via connectors to the Dataverse and other data sources.</li><li>Create Power Platform integrations with other Azure components such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and SharePoint.</li><li>Collaborate closely with test engineers to establish a clear understanding of acceptance criteria, the code base, and test coverage.</li><li>Proactively investigate problems and opportunities in existing processes, while evaluating and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Identify defects, incidents, risks, and issues in alignment with IPO standards.</li><li>Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver highly user-focused and successful digital services, ensuring adherence to governance standards.</li><li>Assist in implementing toolkits and APIs for purposes such as integration, performance optimization, security, and scalability.</li></ul>

In this role, you will work within a multi-disciplined squad utilizing various technologies to build enterprise-grade services. Opportunities to contribute to the technical strategy will also be available. <br><br>As a multi-skilled individual specializing in MS Dynamics and Power Apps, you will have the chance to develop and enhance your skills while exploring areas typically aligned with other roles. You will play a significant role in defining which additional skills you wish to develop. This role will follow IPO Hybrid working arrangements, with staff expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite at one of our offices, specifically the Newport Office. We encourage candidates to discuss their preferred working arrangements with the recruiting manager to achieve a reasonable balance between working from home and in the office.<br><br>In addition to a competitive salary of £35,579, the IPO contributes £10,307 toward your membership in the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
