Machine Learning Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in science, engineering, mathematics, or computer science</li><li>Strong Python development skills</li><li>Practical experience with machine learning or deep learning in scientific/engineering contexts</li><li>Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (Airflow, MLflow) and containerization (e.g., Docker)</li><li>Passion for working with real-world datasets and data visualization</li><li>Interest in material discovery, computer vision, big data, and optimization techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation</li><li>*Desirable Skills:*</li><li>Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, or statistics</li><li>Understanding of probabilistic and Bayesian modeling</li><li>Knowledge of software design principles and object-oriented programming</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and validating novel ML models to optimize manufacturing processes and material compositions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and scientists, contribute to the development of internal ML platforms, and help identify high-impact opportunities for rapid capability delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for building robust MLOps pipelines using tools like Airflow and MLflow, ensuring scalable and automated model deployment and governance.</li></ul>
