Head of Nutrition

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>As the hiring company, we are looking for a Head of Nutrition who possesses the following qualifications and skills:</li><li>You must have a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.</li><li>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field is required.</li><li>You should have at least 2 years of experience in clinical, performance, or digital health settings.</li><li>A strong understanding of strength training, weightlifting, and sports nutrition is essential.</li><li>A passion for fitness and an active lifestyle is important.</li><li>Excellent communication and coaching skills are necessary.</li><li>You should be proficient in using digital tools, health apps, and telehealth platforms.</li><li>Experience with behaviour change techniques is preferred.</li><li>The ability to analyse biometric data (e.g., body composition, wearables, nutrition tracking apps) is required.</li></ul>

<ul><li>As the Head of Nutrition, your key responsibilities will include:</li><li>Playing a vital role in shaping the user experience by providing expert guidance on diet, exercise, and wellness support product development.</li><li>Creating evidence-based content to support our members and followers.</li><li>Being the voice of knowledge throughout the organization on all nutritional matters.</li><li>Owning the online and coaching nutritional content via our digital platform (video, chat, or asynchronous messaging).</li><li>Developing customized meal plans and diet strategies tailored to a variety of goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, metabolic health).</li><li>Collaborating with fitness professionals and exercise scientists to ensure that nutrition advice aligns with training protocols.</li><li>Helping shape product features that integrate nutrition, fitness, and health data.</li><li>Contributing to the creation of digital content including articles, guides, meal templates, and educational resources.</li><li>Staying up to date with evidence-based practices in both dietetics and sports nutrition, including supplements, macronutrient timing, and fuelling for performance.</li><li>Supporting users in building sustainable habits around food, training, and recovery.</li><li>Analyzing health data and user feedback to iterate and improve our nutrition tools and services.</li></ul>
