Product Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a talented Graduate to join our team as a Product Specialist. To be considered for this role, you should have:</li><li>A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM or Law-related discipline.</li><li>At least AAA at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV).</li><li>Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.</li><li>Excellent customer-facing skills.</li><li>A sales spark; while this is not a purely sales-focused role, this skill is necessary due to the nature of the position.</li><li>A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.</li><li>A strong aptitude for picking up new technologies.</li><li>The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.</li><li>Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a Product Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will liaise with internal teams, primarily the tech team. Your responsibilities will include:</li><li>Managing live customer projects from planning to final review.</li><li>Providing customer training to new and existing customers.</li><li>Delivering workflow advice to customers using our product.</li><li>Identifying significant new projects.</li><li>Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to the tech team.</li><li>Gaining an in-depth understanding of our technology to advise customers on data import/export.</li><li>Providing updates to the management team on accounts.</li></ul>
