IT Service Desk Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A-Level or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>IT Support experience: 2 years (preferred)</li><li>Must have valid work authorization for the United Kingdom</li><li>Willingness to undertake UK Security clearance to SC level (must be free of a criminal record)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Answer calls and triage all types of tickets at a first line level</li><li>Provide second line support for:</li><li>- Windows 10</li><li>- Microsoft Office</li><li>- Microsoft Teams</li><li>- Hardware maintenance through a third party (warranty)</li><li>- Mimecast Email Archiving System</li><li>- Active directory administration</li><li>- Change Control of the desktop environment</li><li>- Management and resolution of calls using the service management package</li><li>- Deploy software via SCCM</li><li>- Remote support through RDP, SCCM Remote control, WebEx, and Dameware</li><li>- VOIP support</li><li>- Deploy desktops and laptops to new and existing users</li><li>- Patching and first line network support</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer for our Bluechip FTSE 100 Aerospace customer. This position presents an excellent opportunity to support a corporate enterprise in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment. Customer focus is essential to our success.<br><br>This role is based at our customer's site in Luton, but it is part of a virtual team across the UK, supporting all in-country sites. The successful candidate will undergo a three-month probation period. <br><br>The salary for this position ranges from £27,000.00 to £30,000.00 per year. Our benefits include on-site parking.</p>
