Test Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I am looking for a Test Lead who can execute manual and automated test cases as directed. You should be proficient in logging, tracking, and re-testing defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail. It is essential that you can maintain test data and environments, assist in troubleshooting and documentation, and collaborate effectively with developers, support teams, and business users. Participation in daily stand-ups and release reviews is also a requirement.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will support smoke, regression, and basic integration testing. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial as you work to ensure the quality of our software products. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work well with cross-functional teams. Although not mandatory, exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Cypress will be beneficial.</li></ul>

<p>While a basic understanding of software testing principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus, I also value candidates who have experience with defect tracking tools and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with SQL queries, API testing tools like Postman, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable. Additionally, holding an ISTQB Foundation Level certification or a willingness to obtain one would be advantageous for this position. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Croydon, London, and is offered on a 12-month basis, with a rate of £475 per day via Umbrella. An SC clearance is required.</p>
