Senior Systems Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £104,000 - 140,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>As an experienced Systems Engineer, I am looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:</li><li>Experience working with Software Systems.</li><li>Experience in developing and enhancing software products based on business requirements.</li><li>Exposure to regulatory and statutory requirements of software products, along with an understanding of potential liabilities.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, I will expect you to:</li><li>Maintain the Requirements database with associated contractual and acceptance details.</li><li>Take a lead role in the testing and acceptance process for both hardware and software releases.</li><li>Support the Systems team by elaborating and agreeing on system requirements while understanding the changes in system capability against an established design baseline.</li><li>Develop design specifications and carry out design activities in alignment with specifications and all quality and technical standards.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and improve engineering processes and procedures in assigned areas in response to technical developments and operational needs.</li><li>Coordinate and complete technical analyses and investigations, evaluate and select technical options, and prepare reports or presentations with recommendations to support design improvements.</li><li>Review and agree on External Interface documents and manage the interface baseline.</li><li>Lead other engineering activities such as performance testing, human factors, safety analysis, and information assurance.</li></ul>
