<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration.</li><li>I possess at least 2 years of experience in prompt engineering or generative AI implementation.</li><li>I am proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integration frameworks.</li><li>I am familiar with Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and GenAI APIs.</li><li>I have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>I have experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>I will design and configure Salesforce objects, data models, and automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).</li><li>I will leverage Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality to support AI-driven use cases.</li><li>I will integrate Einstein AI and Prompt Builder within Salesforce environments.</li><li>I will develop clear, context-rich prompts for generative AI models, ensuring accuracy and relevance.</li><li>I will translate business needs into actionable GenAI use cases by collaborating with subject matter experts to define, validate, and prioritize AI-driven solutions.</li><li>I will review GenAI outputs for accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards.</li><li>I will embed generative AI features directly into Salesforce UI and case management flows and integrate external AI services using APIs and middleware platforms.</li><li>I will partner with solution architects, developers, and business analysts, supporting training initiatives and documenting best practices for prompt engineering.</li></ul>

<p>This contract role for a Prompt Engineer focusing on Salesforce and Generative AI Integration will last for 4–5 months, from November to March, with an hourly rate between £54.60 and £60/hour, inside IR35. The position is fully remote and is targeted at candidates based in the UK. I will ensure that all AI implementations adhere to ethical and security guidelines, continuously monitor prompt performance, and gather user feedback for optimizations. I will conduct A/B testing, audits, and surveys to refine prompt strategies while staying up to date with AI trends, Salesforce releases, and evolving platform capabilities. Preferred skills include experience with AI model tuning, prompt chaining, and an understanding of data privacy and AI ethics in enterprise environments, along with relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer and Salesforce AI Associate.</p>
