2nd Line Engineer - Southampton

<ul><li>Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory</li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls</li><li>Exposure to virtualization technologies (Hyper-V / VMware)</li><li>Experience with Azure or cloud services is desirable</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>MSP experience is ideal but not essential for the right candidate</li></ul>

You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior engineers who will assist you in developing your skills towards 3rd Line, Infrastructure, or Cloud roles through hands-on project work, mentoring, and structured certifications.</li></ul>
