Software Development Manager

<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple development projects (10 in progress at various stages)</li><li>Proven experience in the software development environment</li><li>Experience working in an Agile environment</li><li>Experience with MS TFS / DevOps Server as the primary PM tool</li><li>Strong technical understanding, preferably with a background as a Developer, QA, or BA</li><li>Background in .Net and/or C++ based development projects</li><li>All applicants must be free to work in the UK</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as a Development Manager for a cross-functional team working on a powerful iPaaS solution</li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including creative designers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders</li><li>Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to the team's progress</li><li>Track and report team velocity and sprint/release progress to provide transparency across the organization</li></ul>
