IT Field Service Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A fully valid UK driver's license and personal car with business insurance.</li><li>Demonstrated right to work in the UK.</li><li>Willingness to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.</li><li>Ability to resolve hardware issues and basic software problems.</li><li>Capable of building (operating system and required software) and deploying PCs (desktop and laptop).</li><li>Good understanding of IT systems and environments.</li><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Attend to all incidents/requests as directed by the Customer Incident Centre in a courteous and customer-focused manner, following engineering work instruction guidelines.</li><li>Monitor, update, and progress assigned incidents in a timely manner.</li><li>Utilize technical expertise to provide training, support, coaching, and guidance to Junior Field Service engineers.</li><li>Coordinate between clients and vendors to ensure timely problem resolution.</li><li>Deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction in all work undertaken.</li></ul>

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £24,600 - £27,700, depending on experience, along with a car allowance and fuel card. The role involves maintenance and support for field-based clients, providing on-site assistance for IT hardware devices while covering various locations throughout the day.
