Senior Insight Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:</li><li>Previous experience as a Data or Insight Analyst, preferably within social housing, local government, or public sector organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with housing-related data, including housing management systems (e.g., MRI, Northgate, Civica), along with experience analyzing housing-specific data like tenant demographics, rent arrears, and service usage (desirable).</li><li>Understanding of customer insight tools and techniques, such as surveys, focus groups, and data mining.</li><li>Proven ability to transform raw data into insights that influence business decisions and improve service delivery.</li><li>Experience with statistical techniques, including trend analysis, segmentation, and regression analysis, to provide meaningful insights.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.</li><li>Solid understanding of key issues in social housing, such as tenant satisfaction, void management, rent collection, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Homes England, Regulator of Social Housing).</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will:</li><li>Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and data retrieval processes on large datasets to identify trends and create management dashboards that provide in-depth insights.</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of core data returns, proactively discussing potential issues with Data Owners to ensure accurate dashboards.</li><li>Develop raw data into valuable insights from available and new data streams to maximize income, manage resources, and enhance process efficiency.</li><li>Handle potentially incomplete datasets, cleaning data to produce predictive modeling.</li><li>Collaborate with the ICT Quality Team to ensure robust testing prior to the release of all reports and related dashboards, while supporting change control practices within ICT & Digital Services.</li><li>Integrate and combine distinctive datasets, pulling information from multiple sources to offer the management team an at-a-glance view of the business.</li><li>Create and maintain SQL functions, procedures, and reports, as well as support the SQL data views and core record systems.</li></ul>

<p>We are offering a salary between £43,001 - £47,779 per annum and a flexible hybrid working pattern (2 days per week in the office). You will enjoy a 35-hour work week and benefit from 39 days of annual leave (including statutory days), a good pension scheme, and other generous benefits.
