SharePoint Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven SharePoint Online delivery experience in consultancy or multi-client environments</li><li>Strong SharePoint architecture, configuration, and best practice knowledge</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Automate & Power Apps</li><li>Ability to design intuitive information architectures and permissions</li><li>Confident client-facing skills for workshops and solution presentations</li><li>Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID)</li><li>Desirable Skills:</li><li>Experience with SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, Graph API, and PnP PowerShell</li><li>Familiarity with Nintex or other automation tools</li><li>Experience with intranet builds or digital workplace transformations</li><li>Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-600, MS-700, MS-900, PL-100/PL-200)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SharePoint Online solutions</li><li>Build information architecture, site structures, content types, and metadata frameworks</li><li>Configure SharePoint features including lists, libraries, pages, web parts, hub sites, permissions, and collaboration areas</li><li>Develop solutions using SPFx (desirable), Power Automate, Power Apps, and JSON/PnP templates</li><li>Deliver SharePoint migrations using ShareGate, SPMT, or AvePoint</li><li>Run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions</li><li>Advise on governance, compliance, lifecycle management, and adoption</li><li>Produce documentation, training, and user guides</li><li>Troubleshoot SharePoint and M365 issues</li><li>Collaborate with teams to scope, estimate, and deliver projects efficiently</li></ul>
