CRM Marketing Automation Manager
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a candidate with experience in CRM Operations or CRM Automation, specifically working with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You should have confidence in translating data, research, and customer behavior into sophisticated CRM journeys. Experience within a regulated environment, such as financial services, utilities, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications, is essential. A solid understanding of creating, testing, and optimizing sophisticated customer journey communications that utilize dynamic content is crucial. You should possess the ability to simplify technical details for stakeholders and maintain team alignment. Curiosity, structure, and a proactive approach to advancing projects, even amidst evolving details, are important traits for success in this role.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will be involved in creating, testing, and improving digital customer journeys across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to align workflows, architecture, and product requirements. Translating commercial objectives into clear and actionable CRM objectives and communications will be a key part of your duties. You will shape propositions for new capabilities, guiding them from idea to launch. Leveraging insights from customer behavior, brokers, and performance data, you will refine CRM journeys and communications to enhance the customer experience. Identifying friction points and recommending changes to lift engagement will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure that delivery remains on track across product, digital, engineering, and operational teams.</li></ul>

<p>This position is a 12-month contract with a salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, plus bonuses, 25 days of leave, a good pension, healthcare, and life assurance. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the office, which could be based in our Bournemouth or Bristol locations. You will be part of a transformative team working to enhance CRM journeys for our insurance business, focusing on building dynamic content within customer communications that align with regulatory requirements, such as policy pricing and medical exclusions. This team is dedicated to advancing our next-generation CRM capabilities, including testing AI capabilities within Salesforce. A solid understanding of effective testing strategies will be integral to your success in this role.</p>
