Lead Software Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks at scale</li><li>Strong expertise with React and/or React Native</li><li>Experience designing scalable architectures, APIs, and distributed systems</li><li>Knowledge of GraphQL is highly beneficial</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence without ego</li><li>Proven ability to guide teams, mentor others, and drive engineering quality</li><li>A proactive, independent individual comfortable making high-impact technical decisions</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoy working closely with customers</li></ul>
