Cybersecurity Architect
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide assurance to the Head of Cyber & IT Risk that product delivery and maintenance meets our risk appetite and that controls are operating effectively.</li><li>Successfully embed security by design with proportionate appropriate cyber controls aligned to risk.</li><li>Manage senior stakeholder relationships (negotiation and influencing) across multinational organizations, including third-party suppliers and delivery partners.</li><li>Take full responsibility for the secure delivery of programs, assisting product teams by interpreting and embedding Cyber Security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to an agreed framework against all product team deliverables.</li><li>Engage proactively with the Cyber Security Office (CSO) project assurance and architecture functions, ensuring consistency and best cyber practice adherence.</li><li>Provide authoritative advice and guidance on the application and operation of all types of security controls, including legislative or regulatory requirements.</li><li>Advise users on risk management and reduction and promote awareness in conjunction with cyber awareness programs.</li><li>###</li></ul>

<p>We are currently looking for a Cyber Delivery Assurance Lead to join our team. This role reports to the Head of Cyber & IT Risk and involves close collaboration with our Tech Delivery Teams, Cyber Team, and Cyber Security Office. Youll act as the Cyber representative on product delivery and work as part of product teams, providing advice on the implementation of cybersecurity policies and standards during all releases and ongoing maintenance.<br><br>Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)<br><br>Desired Attributes:<br>- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.<br>- Collaborative and influential, with a strong sense of accountability.<br>- Passion for building high-impact AI products and transforming business processes at scale.<br><br>What’s in it for you?<br>This is a 6-month contract with a day rate of £700-725 (in-scope IR35, via an approved umbrella company) or £600 per day via our PAYE system.
