IT Manager

<ul><li>Proven track record in IT support and project management with a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies</li><li>Strong technical background in networking (switch/router configuration, cabling), server management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and domain management tools</li><li>Experience leading teams and delivering digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Problem-solving mindset, adaptable to change and capable of driving improvements</li><li>Eager to lead, motivate, and collaborate in a manufacturing setting</li><li>Qualifications or knowledge in ITIL for structured IT service management</li><li>Full UK driving license and access to personal transport</li></ul>

<ul><li>Ensure the smooth running of all IT services on-site while developing the existing IT team</li><li>Drive multiple high-impact projects to move the site forward</li><li>Administer bespoke applications on the factory floor for product tracing and labeling</li><li>Oversee infrastructure, ensuring resilience and security</li><li>Lead continuous development initiatives to maximize digital tool benefits for end users</li><li>Develop and test disaster recovery plans that align with business continuity goals</li><li>Maintain diligent records of IT challenges and ensure efficient resolution</li></ul>
