NOC Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience working as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role</li><li>Experience in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of systems, including Microsoft packages</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Experience working on RCAs and RFOs</li><li>Working knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Monitor and manage the Quickline infrastructure, radio, and 5G networks</li><li>Rapidly react to issues, outages, and alarms</li><li>Implement key management of Quickline problem and change policy</li><li>Manage incidents and report on potential issues affecting the Quickline network</li><li>Manage security on the Quickline network, including access to sites, street cabinets, and key secure locations</li></ul>
