Credit Manager
<p><b>Salary: £43,500 - 73,500 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to perform advanced data analysis (e.g. Pivot, Filter, CONCAT, IF, VLOOKUP, graphs)</li><li>Good knowledge of Outlook and Word, ability to produce advanced PowerPoint presentations</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP (ECC6 or S/4) or equivalent ERP system preferred but not required</li><li>Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a willingness to learn and improve mindset</li><li>Ability to confidently discuss tax issues outside of the O2C team (i.e. Tax Team, CFO)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage a team of Credit Risk Analysts and Senior Analysts to oversee data governance and credit policies</li><li>Ensure effective management of financial credit risk and minimize potential bad debt</li><li>Support prompt turnover of debtors into cash through proactive collection strategies</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Monitor and review reporting/KPIs for the end-to-end O2C process</li><li>Identify process pain points and initiate corrective action as needed</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and address issues within the O2C process</li><li>Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor subordinate leaders</li><li>Drive compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations</li><li>Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and customers</li><li>Coach less experienced team members through challenging business scenarios</li><li>Validate the effectiveness of proposed process improvement solutions</li><li>Lead the implementation of necessary changes and solutions as required</li></ul>
