Product Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Professional and confident in delivering training and demonstrations</li><li>Background in a customer-facing or training role, ideally within healthcare (experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential)</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting customer needs</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Full UK driving license</li><li>Minimum of eight C grades at GCSE</li><li>Minimum of CCC at A-level</li><li>Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish or Mandarin would be beneficial but not essential</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead presentations and product demonstrations to customers in the UK and internationally</li><li>Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning platform, ensuring effective and up-to-date training resources</li><li>Produce high-quality training materials to support users in understanding and utilising our healthcare technology solutions</li><li>Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions, both online and in-person</li><li>Organise and run workshops to ensure users maximise their experience with our products</li><li>Represent TPP as an ambassador at meetings, industry events, and healthcare conferences across the UK and abroad</li></ul>
