Senior DSP Algorithm Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep, hands-on knowledge of DSP design, modelling, and algorithm development</li><li>Proven experience in high-level modelling and simulation of complex systems</li><li>Strong understanding of mixed-signal systems, ASIC design concepts, and analysis tools</li><li>Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or Python (two or more required)</li><li>Experience using version control systems like Git or Subversion</li><li>Knowledge of Agile development workflows</li><li>Proactive, curious mindset with strong collaboration skills</li><li>Willingness to travel for research and project collaboration</li><li>MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Signal Processing, or a closely related field</li><li>BEng or MEng (Upper Second Class or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline</li><li>5 years post-graduate engineering experience</li><li>SPICE, HDL, Verilog, FPGA knowledge (desirable)</li><li>Experience with physics-based modelling tools (e.g., Ansys, HFSS) (desirable)</li><li>Background in HMI, sensing, or display technologies (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead modelling, simulation, and analysis of complex mixed-signal front-end systems</li><li>Capture and process real-time sensor data using both analogue and digital signal processing</li><li>Support the implementation, integration, and validation of innovative algorithms</li><li>Develop new touch detection schemes and evolve existing DSP algorithms</li><li>Collaborate closely with IC design, firmware, system architecture, and validation teams to ensure seamless modelling-to-hardware correlation</li><li>Define research objectives and problem statements with internal stakeholders</li><li>Take full ownership of experiments from concept and simulation to hardware validation</li></ul>
