Engineering Manager

<ul><li>Excellent experience managing dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong technical background with modern programming languages such as Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL</li><li>Strong experience mentoring and coaching software engineers at all levels</li><li>Track record of delivering complex technology projects, balancing technical debt, quality, and speed</li><li>Strong experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud-based infrastructure</li><li>Familiarity with scaling engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies</li><li>Familiarity with compliance, information security, and regulatory standards relevant to the financial services industry</li></ul>
