Senior Software Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £15,000 - 15,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in AWS services, particularly Amazon Lex and other AI/ML offerings.</li><li>Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.</li><li>Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools (CI/CD, Serverless, Monitoring).</li><li>Experience with contact centre technologies and integrations.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Experience with other AWS AI services and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Utilize AWS AI services, specifically Amazon Lex, to craft engaging contact flows and webchat functionalities.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our contact centre solutions.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code that drives our software forward.</li><li>Implement and advocate for best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.</li><li>Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure our code is top-notch and adheres to industry standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various areas of the software stack.</li></ul>
