<ul><li>Identify and deliver automation and remote action opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with our EUA Centre of Excellence to test and implement improvements</li><li>Use analytics to reduce incident volumes, speed up resolution, and improve user satisfaction</li><li>Drive proactive investigations, self-healing, and self-help solutions</li><li>Partner with teams to embed dashboards, insights, and data-driven decisions</li><li>Support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement through EUA data</li><li>Champion a fix-forward culture focused on user experience and productivity</li><li>Identify innovation, cost-saving, and value-add opportunities across accounts</li></ul>
