Systems Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience managing and refining requirements; strong stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Background in Defensive Cyber, Enterprise Architecture or Secure System Design.</li><li>Verification and validation experience on complex technology projects.</li><li>Model-Based Systems Engineering experience (ArchiMate, UML/SysML).</li><li>Requirements management tooling experience (e.g., DOORS or equivalent).</li><li>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.</li><li>INCOSE ASE/IEng/CEng or equivalent professional registration.</li><li>Familiarity with MOD architecture views is desirable.</li><li>Understanding of system security principles.</li><li>Agile delivery experience is a plus.</li><li>Prior consultancy experience is an added advantage.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support the design, development and delivery of secure systems.</li><li>Contribute to technical architectures, specifications, and engineering designs.</li><li>Develop test, integration, verification and validation plans.</li><li>Work across multiple lifecycle stages in dynamic delivery environments.</li><li>Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Support the development of engineering capability within our practice.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.</li><li>Engage with clients and support business development where required.</li></ul>
