Associate Engineering Manager
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 53,000 per year</b></p>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Line management, coaching, career progression, planning and growth, for one or two engineering teams, ensuring appropriate staffing and protecting team health, being accountable for successful delivery of commitments</li><li>Ensuring that excellent engineering and innovation are integrated into every delivery iteration and the teams roadmap, while developing the engineering culture in alignment with organizational engineering strategy</li><li>Sharing effective technical knowledge within the team and collaborating with other teams and Associate Engineering Managers</li><li>Being aware of barriers to innovation and planning for their removal through training, the removal of technical debt, or other means</li><li>Occasionally providing hands-on support to the team using technologies like Salesforce (APEX classes, metadata API, etc.), Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Visual Studio Code, Git, CI/CD, and AWS</li></ul>
