Field Service Engineer

<p><b>Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations</li><li>Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems</li><li>Field service experience preferred</li><li>Calm under pressure, professional, and customer-focused</li><li>Clean driving licence required</li><li>Desirable: Technical engineering or IT product repair experience</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts</li><li>Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly</li><li>Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements</li><li>Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed</li><li>Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications</li><li>Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition</li><li>Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office</li></ul>
