SYSPRO Applications Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Expert knowledge of SYSPRO ERP</li><li>Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, database design)</li><li>Proven experience with reporting tools and advanced Excel</li><li>Knowledge of integrations, scripting, and development technologies such as Dataswitch, VBA, JavaScript or C#</li><li>Able to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams</li><li>Experienced in business process analysis and vendor management</li><li>A relevant degree or equivalent commercial experience is required; SQL certification is desirable</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Administer, support, and optimise the SYSPRO ERP system, applying patches and managing performance and security</li><li>Troubleshoot ERP, database, and application issues, escalating to vendors where required</li><li>Lead ERP enhancement and upgrade projects aligned with business needs</li><li>Design, maintain, and deliver reports using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Crystal Reports</li><li>Develop and support integrations using Dataswitch and related tools</li><li>Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party support providers</li><li>Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions</li><li>Maintain technical documentation across the ERP environment</li></ul>

In this key role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our SYSPRO ERP system and related applications.
