Senior Low Code Engineer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Strong understanding of Microsofts Power Platform; familiarity with other low-code platforms is an advantage</li><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects effectively</li><li>Proven ability to set and monitor governance standards on low-code platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft 365 integrations, including Microsoft Graph</li><li>Experience in running Power Platform solutions in production scenarios</li><li>Strong understanding of Power Platform licensing best practices</li><li>Experience with creating and deploying Copilot Studio Agents in production (desirable)</li><li>Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the Power Platform</li><li>Understanding of infrastructure as code practices, including Bicep templates (desirable)</li><li>Excellent communication skills with both business users and internal IT teams</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to break down complexities into manageable tasks</li><li>Good experience working with business users from requirements gathering through to deployment</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage a team of development engineers, focusing on low-code solutions</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery</li><li>Apply governance and development standards for low-code development</li><li>Provide technical guidance and assurance to other teams and stakeholders</li><li>Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders to inform solution design</li><li>Create technical designs and architectures for new solutions</li><li>Manage the delivery of solutions from inception to decommission</li><li>Establish application lifecycle management and DevOps practices for all solutions</li><li>Extend governance strategy and leverage the Centre of Excellence to maintain platform efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with Business Area leads to deliver low-code solutions</li><li>Architect scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed Power Platform solutions</li><li>Stay current with Power Platform and other low-code platform updates and recommend best practices for implementation</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues about the advantages of Power Platform</li><li>Ensure correct documentation of delivered solutions</li></ul>
