Outsource Engineer

<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in IT support or as an Outsource Engineer</li><li>Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 - 2022</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange</li><li>Experience with Networking, O365, and Azure</li><li>VoIP experience is desirable</li><li>Understanding of ITIL Framework</li><li>Exemplary written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload</li></ul>

<ul><li>Serve as the primary engineer on site for one of our customers</li><li>Take ownership of all IT support tasks</li><li>Provide day-to-day business-as-usual support</li><li>Address more complex IT issues</li><li>Conduct proactive maintenance of systems</li><li>Participate in project-based work</li></ul>
