Embedded Software Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven delivery in mechatronic products as Embedded Software Engineer or Firmware Engineer</li><li>Experience with real-time control involving sensors, motors, peripherals, and RTOS or bare metal</li><li>Proficiency with lab equipment</li><li>Background in regulated disciplines, including documentation, change control, hazard thinking, and release quality</li><li>Ability to manage function ownership, clear trade-offs, and communicate effectively with non-software stakeholders</li><li>Leadership in version control, CI, and release governance beyond daily Git usage</li></ul>

<ul><li>Stabilise legacy code and shape future architecture across mechatronic devices</li><li>Partner with electronics, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable control in real products</li><li>Own product firmware from concept to fielded release</li><li>Manage internal tool software for test rigs and manufacturing</li><li>Define specifications, risk assessments, and traceability</li><li>Lead source control, build, and documentation standards</li><li>Manage external partners and upskill colleagues</li></ul>
