<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience managing or supporting projects within a business environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools</li><li>Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Flexibility to work from various locations based on project requirements, with occasional overnight stays to support business activities</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Leading and supporting strategic projects within SGIS to deliver measurable improvements</li><li>Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities</li><li>Developing and presenting clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders</li><li>Applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma</li><li>Supporting project planning, timelines, resources, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes</li><li>Preparing detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools</li><li>Supporting change management activities and ensuring adoption of new processes</li><li>Tracking and monitoring actual costs versus budget, providing clear reporting and analysis to support cost control and decision-making</li></ul>
