Out of Hours 2nd Line IT Support
<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>At least 3 – 5 years of experience in an IT support or systems role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Intune</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Active Directory</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Windows networking</li><li>Basic knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall rules</li><li>Printer support and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong customer-focused attitude</li><li>Proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Providing excellent 2nd line technical support to our clients</li><li>Acting as an escalation point for the 1st line support team</li><li>Troubleshooting issues across a wide range of systems and technologies</li><li>Working on projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and more</li><li>Assisting with research and development of new services and solutions</li></ul>
